Duties

• Picker/Packer Duties

Select items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.

Inspect products for damage, missing parts, or quality issues before packing.

Choose appropriate packing materials and securely package items to prevent transit damage.

Label and seal packages according to shipping standards.

Operate warehouse tools (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Data Entry Duties

Enter picked items, quantities, and order details into the warehouse management system

Update inventory levels and report discrepancies (shortages, damages) to supervisors.

Record shipping information, including labels, tracking numbers, and delivery dates.

Maintain accurate, real-time records for order fulfillment and inventory control.

Experience

Proficiency with order processing and inventory tracking software (Microsoft).

Knowledge of shipping standards and packaging materials.

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both physical and digital tasks.

Time management in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork and effective communication.

Reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines.

Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics roles is advantageous.

Familiarity with Microsoft is preferred

Work Environment

This is a warehouse position with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety. Employees stand and walk for extended periods, lift and move packages, and work alongside a team to meet daily order targets
