We specialize in operating both permanent, indoor pickleball clubs as well as high-profile, seasonal activations.

Position Overview

As a Pickleball Coach, you’ll work with the Head Pro and Director of Programming to deliver engaging lessons, clinics, and organized play. You’ll help players build confidence, develop their skills, and feel connected to the club.

Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons and group clinics for a range of skill levels.
• Introduce new players to pickleball through approachable, engaging instruction.
• Plan sessions around players’ abilities and goals.
• Provide clear feedback and help players track their progress.
• Support open play, round robins, and club events.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment on the court.
• Represent Boca Paddle with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• At least one year of pickleball coaching experience; certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, technique, and strategy.
• Ability to teach both individuals and groups.
• Clear communication and a friendly, patient coaching style.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable collaborating with a team.
• Availability for scheduled programming, including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience supporting sports programming or events is a plus.
