Pick/Packer

Key responsibilities and Skills are:

Accurately pick/pack and grade produce to specification, strict order deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards.

Follow established pick/packing processes and procedures within a small collaborative group.

Previous experience pick/packing is essential and previously working with fruit and vegetables an advantage. Candidates shall have a high attention to detail, be reliable, punctual, and commit to weekly rostering. Roles are available over a variety of day shifts, with the strong possibility of weekend work included.

Forklift licence an definite advantage.

Day shift starts at 05:00 am (preferably) or 6.00am if using public transport

You will have a sound knowledge of fruit and vegetables and work efficiently under pressure. Salary negotiable on application. Successful candidates receive a 50% discount on personal fruit/vegetable purchases and heavily discounted rate on butchery/groceries.
