Pickup Station Acquisition Manager

The role

Locoomo turns existing neighbourhood businesses into Pickup Stations.

Your job is to find the right businesses in the locations where our network needs them and bring them into the Locoomo pipeline.

You aren't looking for as many shops as possible.

You're looking for the right shop, in the right neighbourhood, with the right operator.

What you'll do

• Work from Locoomo's demand map to identify neighbourhoods that need Pickup Stations.
• Prospect supermarkets, mini marts, pharmacies, convenience stores and other suitable retail outlets.
• Visit businesses physically and speak with owners or decision-makers.
• Explain the Locoomo Pickup Station opportunity and how the business can earn additional revenue from its existing space.
• Assess initial suitability including location, accessibility, operating hours, storage capacity, security and staff availability.
• Collect required business information and photographs.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential Pickup Station partners.
• Follow up with interested businesses and move qualified opportunities toward approval.
• Coordinate with the Network Operations team for formal inspection.
• Support commercial discussions and agreement completion.
• Track why prospects accept, reject or delay becoming a station.
• Continuously identify better locations as package demand changes.

Station inspections generated.
Approved locations.
Stations activated.
Time from prospect to activation.
Quality of stations acquired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos
