Responsibilities Job Description

• Lead and manage the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients, including advanced patient assessment and ventilator management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Deliver emergency support and interventions as required in critical situations.
• Implement infection control measures to prevent healthcare-associated infections.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates and support during treatment.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
