What they need
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for a PRN role in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities include providing high-acuity pediatric patient care , administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- American Heart Association certification
- Minimum 2 years recent PICU experience
- Current BLS & ACLS, PALS preferred
- Ability to pass background screening
Skills needed include clinical confidence, adaptability, and experience in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
