- Kalfalık belgesine, tercihen ustalık belgesine sahip,
- Kalite, hijyen ve gıda güvenliği kurallarına önem veren,
- Ekip çalışmasına yatkın ve uyumlu çalışabilecek,
- Vardiyalı çalışma düzenine uyum sağlayabilecek,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
- Ankara’da ikamet eden,
