• Design and Control of Technological Process
• Design and Implementation of Production Line Layout
• Establish tooling fixtures and equipment schemes according to the requirements of the product process to form closed-loop control.
• Preparation and production of PPAP documentation
• Continuous improvement of product manufacturing processes to continuously meet customer needs.
• Analyze process defects and develop effective control measures.
• Introduction and implementation of new technologies/processes.
• Seeking opportunities for improvement and continuously reducing manufacturing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Have a deep understanding of electronic assembly processes, analyze process defects from 4M1E, and obtain effective control
• Engaged in process design and control work for more than 8 years, the best in the automotive industry
• Proficient in using IE techniques to eliminate waste, improve quality and efficiency
• Familiarize oneself with mature automation or fixture solutions and integrate them well with assembly processes to form a closed-loop quality control system.
• Proficient in the production of the three major technical documents and preparation of PPAP documentation
• Strong logical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with the basic principles of mechanics/electronics
• Has a certain ability to withstand pressure
• Fluent in spoken English.
