job responsibilities

PIE engineer

• Responsible for the analysis and improvement of abnormal production problems, and formulate corresponding countermeasures for analysis reports of defective products;
• Responsible for the analysis and improvement of problems that arise during the introduction, trial production, and mass production of new products;
• Responsible for the equipment and fixture demand assessment of new products, and submit demand applications, acceptance, etc.
• Production guidance, timely elimination of abnormal problems on site (immediate temporary countermeasures when encountering abnormalities);
• Participate in the trial production process of new products, and propose improvement suggestions that will affect the difficulty of operations, operation efficiency, etc.;
• Evaluate production capacity, continuously improve production efficiency, and assist the production line in solving problems;
• Develop standard working hours, production process flow, and operation SOP;
• Improve operating methods and line balance, improve operating efficiency, and reduce material scrap.

Work Benefits

• College degree or above, major in industrial engineering;
• More than 3 years of PIE work experience;
• Ability to independently complete the introduction of new products to mass production and shipment;
