PIE Manager ( Liquid Cooling )

• Lead full-cycle management of the Manufacturing Engineering team, establish and continuously improve manufacturing process systems, streamline workflows, and define departmental KPIs.
• Drive systematic improvements in production processes and technologies to increase yield and enhance product quality.
• Lead end-to-end layout planning, design, build, commissioning, ramp-up, and capacity scaling for new production lines.
• Manage the entire life cycle of new products—from initial ramp to mass production—covering process, technology, equipment, tooling, and test solutions; conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and on-site customer technical troubleshooting.
• Guide teams in cost accounting, cost-reduction initiatives, and validation of savings.
• Champion and execute factory automation, smart-manufacturing, and lean improvement projects. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
• Proven track record of end-to-end program management with strong risk identification/mitigation skills and the ability to craft efficiency strategies.
• Demonstrated strategic planning & execution, leadership, innovation mindset, and strong cross-functional influence.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
