PIE Manager (Process）

Position Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Industrial Engineering methodologies.

Experience in process optimization, automation projects, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations.

Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:

-Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost.

-Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.

-Conduct work measurement, time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity analysis.

-Manage and monitor Engineering Department KPIs and drive performance improvements.

-Lead, coach, and develop Engineers and Technicians to achieve departmental objectives.

-Drive automation projects, including the development of new processes, jigs, fixtures, and equipment.

-Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, SOPs, and best practices.

-Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production, quality, maintenance, and process issues.

-Plan and manage departmental CAPEX investments to support business growth and operational needs

-Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate Rerformance, improvement initiatives, and operational issues to management.
