该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.Design rule检查及layout绘制； 2.准备产品手册； 3.NPI/DOE 批次实验设计和Inline处理，实验数据收集汇总； 4.协助产品EFA/PFA分析； 5.产品良率提升和维护； 6.量产产品单一或单批wafer低良率分析及报告； 7.解决量产产品inline缺陷问题。 岗位要求： 1.本科及以上学历，微电子，电子相关专业， 熟悉半导体物理，器件物理基本概念; 5.1~3年半导体制程整合经验，熟悉MOSFET, IGBT 等分立器件相关工艺优先。 温馨提示： 公司在招聘过程中不收取任何费用，求职环节以任何理由收费的行为均为诈骗！
