Pier59 Locations Assistant- Driver

We are a photo equipment rental house within one of New York City’s premiere photo studios. It is a fast-paced environment requiring candidates who are service-oriented and focused. The position offers hands-on experience with the latest in lighting equipment as well as an opportunity to break into an industry that is notoriously difficult to access. The work is both physically and mentally demanding – testing and preparing client’s orders, loading and unloading vehicles, and tracking large amounts of valuable photo equipment in & out of our office. We serve a clientele who demand perfection the first time around, and as result our expectations are very high for quality work.

Requirements:

· (5x) Days a week M-F 10AM-6PM . Weekend days may be required at manager’s discretion, depending on seasonal volume.

· Able to work flexible hours. Start time will vary depending on the day’s workload.

· Valid driver’s license. Experience driving vans, Sprinters or panel trucks a plus.

· Ability to lift 50lbs. unassisted

Job Type: Full-time
