Location: Hawthorne Commissary, Hawthorne, CA
Schedule: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

About the Role

Our Commissary Bakery operates around the clock, producing the fresh baked goods that are delivered daily to our cafés. The dedication, craftsmanship, and teamwork behind every pie and pastry are the foundation of our success.

As a member of the Pie Team, you will play an important role in preparing and baking high-quality products while maintaining Urth Caffé's standards for consistency, food safety, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and bake a variety of pies and bakery items
• Follow recipes, production schedules, and quality standards
• Ensure products are prepared consistently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who:

• Can successfully meet physical screening requirements
• Are able to work at least 5 shifts per week
• Have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Have prior experience working in a bakery or food production environment
• Are dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
