We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with a solid understanding of human anatomy.

Duties

• Lead engaging Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and individual needs
• Develop customised workout programmes that emphasise correct technique and safety
• Provide clear demonstrations and personalised guidance during sessions
• Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to enhance performance
• Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised and set up before classes
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages motivation, confidence, and enjoyment among clients
• Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development

Experience

• Pilates qualification
• Proven experience as a Pilates instructor
• Strong background in sports coaching or physical education, with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients
• Demonstrable teaching skills with the capacity to adapt instructions for different ability levels

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
