We’re looking for certified Pilates instructors, or individuals interested in becoming certified, to join the founding team at Rephorm Pilates in Indian Land, South Carolina.

Whether you’ve been teaching for years, recently completed your certification, or have been thinking about turning your love of Pilates into something more, we want to meet you.

We believe the best Pilates studios are built by great instructors who genuinely care about the people in front of them. At Rephorm, you won’t be expected to walk into a room, teach a memorized sequence and leave. You’ll know your clients. You’ll learn what they’re working toward. You’ll notice when someone needs more support, more challenge, or simply needs to feel comfortable walking into a Pilates studio for the first time.

We care about exceptional teaching, but we care just as much about how people feel in our space. Rephorm is growing, which means this is also an opportunity to get in early and grow with us. We want to invest in instructors who want to become better teachers, build their own following, take on more responsibility and potentially grow into leadership, education, events and future studio opportunities.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who loves Pilates, but more importantly, loves what Pilates can do for people. You’re warm, confident and comfortable connecting with different personalities. You can command a room without needing to be the center of it. You notice the new woman standing quietly in the corner and make sure she knows exactly where to go. You remember names. You pay attention. You care about the details.

You’re also someone who wants to keep learning. We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect professionalism, reliability, curiosity and a genuine desire to become exceptional at your craft.

THE ROLE

As a Rephorm instructor, you’ll teach semi-private Reformer and/or Mat Pilates classes while learning our method and the experience we expect every client to receive.

Our classes are intentional, challenging and rooted in thoughtful movement, with an emphasis on strong cueing, alignment, safety and connection.

You’ll also become part of the community we’re building outside of class through events, collaborations and the continued growth of Rephorm throughout the Charlotte market.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Pilates instructors and instructors currently completing certification are encouraged to apply.

If you aren’t certified yet but know this is something you want to pursue, we still want to hear from you. Rephorm offers comprehensive Pilates teacher training for select candidates who are serious about becoming instructors.

CPR/AED certification is required or must be obtained prior to teaching.

Previous group teaching experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
