Pilates Instructor

A. Job duties

i. Delivering Pilates instruction to the group or private training sessions for members and guests of varying fitness levels.

ii. Customize Pilates routines to meet the specific needs and goals of individual clients.

iii. Provide top-notch client service by offering motivation, guidance, and clear communication.

iv. Maintain a safe and welcoming studio environment, ensuring equipment is used properly.

v. Collaborate with fellow team members to create personalized fitness plans for clients.

vi. Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and industry trends.

B. Requirement

i. At least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry or a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science (or a relevant education background)

ii. A 2-year commitment to work with us after completing the sponsored Pilates certification

iii. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals
