Part-Time Pilates Instructor

Zero Gravity Fitness is seeking an experienced and personable Pilates Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis, primarily teaching Small Group Reformer classes on Saturday mornings.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates, attentive to individual client needs, and comfortable working with clients across a wide range of experience and fitness levels. In addition to small group Reformer classes, there may be opportunities to work with private Pilates clients.

About Zero Gravity Fitness

Zero Gravity Fitness is a high-end, family-owned Pilates and Personal Training studio located in the Ocoee/Windermere area of Central Florida, less than 10 miles from Orlando. We are approximately 15 minutes from Universal Studios and 30 minutes from Walt Disney World.

For over 20 years, we have provided a personalized, results-driven fitness experience in a private and welcoming studio environment. Our clientele ranges from professional and recreational athletes to clients focused on active aging, improved movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

We believe Pilates should be tailored to the individual—not taught as a one-size-fits-all approach. Our instructors are expected to provide thoughtful instruction, strong attention to form and alignment, and meaningful modifications based on each client's goals and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging and well-structured Small Group Reformer classes
• Provide clear instruction, hands-on guidance when appropriate, and individualized modifications
• Work effectively with clients of varying ages, abilities, and fitness levels
• Create a welcoming, professional, and personalized client experience
• Maintain a strong understanding of Pilates principles, movement mechanics, and proper form
• Potentially work with private Pilates clients based on experience and availability
• Contribute to the professional and collaborative environment at Zero Gravity Fitness

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced and confident Pilates instructor
• Strong Reformer background
• Knowledgeable in anatomy, alignment, and movement mechanics
• Comfortable working with both athletic and general-population clients
• Professional, personable, reliable, and client-focused
• Passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and achieve their individual goals
