Pilates Instructor

Join Pilates Addiction and be part of the New Gold Standard in Pilates.

We’re looking for a certified Pilates instructor who brings energy, intention, and a passion for helping people move with strength and confidence. At Pilates Addiction, our Educators do more than lead a class. They create an engaging, motivating experience that keeps members growing and coming back.

Our workouts blend classical Pilates principles with modern strength, cardio, and core work on the signature Aurum™ Reformer. We’re building a team that cares about excellent coaching, meaningful community, and continuing to grow as Educators.

What you’ll do

• Lead engaging, thoughtfully sequenced group classes on the Aurum™ Reformer
• Deliver clear, confident cueing and offer appropriate progressions and modifications
• Create an energetic, welcoming class experience for members at different experience levels
• Maintain a safe, prepared studio and check equipment before class
• Take part in Pilates Addiction training and ongoing professional development

What we’re looking for

• Current Pilates instructor certification
• Reformer teaching experience preferred
• Strong movement knowledge and a commitment to safe, intentional instruction
• An upbeat, motivating teaching style and strong communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine interest in continued learning

If you’re excited to grow with a modern Pilates brand and bring your own energy to the Educator team, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your resume, certification details, and a little about your teaching experience.
