Pilates Instructor

HopperFit is a platform that gives Pilates instructors instant access to studio and gym space with open time slots. For most instructors, you book the space, set your rates, and keep what you earn.

This role includes taking over our existing Monday and Saturday mat Pilates classes at Avenir, paid per hour. You also get the option to build your own client base there on standard terms.

Who We Are Looking For

A mat Pilates instructor to take over our Monday and Saturday classes at Avenir. Paid per hour for each class.

You can also train private clients at Avenir outside class hours, on the same booking terms as our other instructors.

You need strong command of sequencing, cueing, and form correction. You also need the confidence to lead a room of mixed levels, from first-timers to regulars.

How It Works

• Take over our existing Monday and Saturday mat Pilates classes at Avenir. Paid per hour for each class.
• Outside class hours, book extra time slots at Avenir for private sessions or small groups. You set those rates. You keep what you earn.
• Manage your schedule and participants directly from the app.
• We handle the space. You handle the classes and your clients.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of mat Pilates teaching experience
• Comprehensive mat Pilates instructor certification (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Polestar, PMA-CPT, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Based in or near Palm Beach Gardens, FL
• Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred: Experience teaching with small props such as rings, bands, and balls. Prenatal/postnatal, injury-recovery, or mobility training is a plus. Reformer or full-apparatus certification is a bonus, not a requirement.

Location
In-person classes at Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Client management is fully remote through the app.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
