STRONG Pilates is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, energetic and community-focused Pilates Instructors to join our team!

We’re looking for instructors who love movement, fitness and creating an incredible experience for every member. If you’re confident, coachable and thrive as part of a team, we want to hear from you!

About the role

As a STRONG Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead high-energy reformer-based classes combining Pilates, cardio and strength.

All successful instructors will be required to complete our STRONG Academy — a two-week training program where you’ll learn the STRONG Pilates method, develop your coaching skills and prepare to deliver the STRONG experience to our community.

About you

We’re looking for instructors who:

* Have a minimum of 6 months experience

* Hold a relevant fitness or Pilates qualification

* Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate

* Are confident and engaging when leading a group

* Have a genuine passion for fitness, movement and helping people

* Are a strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively

* Are coachable, reliable and open to ongoing development

* Have great energy and a positive attitude

* Are passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive community

* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positions available at 5 locations: Wetherill Park, Castle Hill, Bankstown, Penrith & Leppington.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 20.0 per week
