Job Summary

Harmony Studio is a boutique Pilates studio coming soon to Charles Town, WV. We are creating a welcoming, elevated space where movement, wellness, and community come together.

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team on a part-time basis.

With small classes of just five clients, our studio is focused on personalized attention, intentional movement, and creating a meaningful experience for every client. Your expertise will inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe and motivating environment.

Duties

• Lead safe, engaging, and thoughtfully planned Reformer Pilates classes.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with different experience levels.
• Offer personalized attention and clear, effective instruction in small-group classes.
• Create a welcoming, positive, and supportive environment for every client.
• Support special events, introductory classes, and studio activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming class environment while adhering to health and safety standards such as CPR and AED operation
• Communicate effectively with clients about their progress, answer questions, and promote ongoing engagement in fitness programs
• Stay updated on the latest Pilates methodologies, biomechanics principles, and industry best practices to enhance instruction quality

Requirements

• Mat & Reformer Pilates certification or comprehensive Pilates training preferred.
• Previous Reformer Pilates teaching experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, alignment, and safe movement.
• Must maintain current professional liability insurance covering Pilates instruction and provide proof of coverage upon hiring.
• CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain it before teaching.
• Professional, dependable, personable, and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to teach clients of different fitness levels and provide appropriate modifications.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
