Pilates Instructor - (Licensed Physical Therapist)

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our studio in New Manila, Quezon City.

Whether you are an experienced Pilates instructor or are beginning your journey in the industry, we would love to hear from you. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided, and sponsorship for formal Pilates instructor (STOTT) training and certification may be offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safe, effective, and engaging reformer Pilates sessions for private and group clients.
• Guide clients through exercises with clear instruction, encouragement, and attention to proper form.
• Apply knowledge of movement, alignment, breathing, and body awareness to support clients’ goals.
• Provide appropriate exercise modifications based on clients’ individual needs, abilities, and experience levels.
• Ensure proper technique, equipment use, and studio safety during every session.
• Build positive relationships with clients and deliver a welcoming, professional studio experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve teaching skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the Philippines.
• Previous Pilates teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Pilates certification or formal training is an advantage.
• Passionate about movement, fitness, wellness, and helping others feel stronger and more confident.
• Willing to undergo in-house Pilates training and continuous professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, adaptable, eager to learn, and client-focused.
• A background in fitness, dance, sports, or a related field is an advantage.
