Pilates Instructor

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will have the opportunity to guide and inspire clients in achieving their fitness goals through the practice of Pilates. If you have a strong background in Pilates and enjoy working with clients of all fitness levels, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pilates classes and private sessions for individuals or small groups
• Create personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of Pilates exercises
• Correct and modify clients' form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their Pilates sessions
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
• Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and advancements in Pilates techniques

Requirements:

• Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification program
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics related to Pilates
• Previous experience teaching Pilates classes or private sessions
• Bilingual skills (English and Korean *necessary and , Chines is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and inspire clients of all fitness levels
• Strong time management skills to effectively plan and organize classes
