We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will lead engaging Pilates classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a welcoming environment for clients of all fitness levels. Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes for various skill levels while ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals.
• Develop customized workout plans based on client needs, abilities, and progress.
• Monitor client performance and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Educate clients on Pilates principles, benefits, and proper equipment usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive atmosphere to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Stay current with Pilates techniques, certifications, and industry trends through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience teaching Pilates or related fitness classes.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients professionally.
• Ability to adapt instruction to accommodate different skill levels, fitness goals, and physical abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

We are looking for a certified Pilates instructor who is committed to delivering high-quality instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, client-focused, and enthusiastic about helping others build strength, confidence, and overall wellness.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$70.00 per hour
