We’re a vibrant, community-focused boutique fitness studio located in the heart of South Boston. The first studio in the area to offer a mix of Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Dance and HIIT classes all under one roof. We’re passionate about making movement fun, inclusive and empowering. Our goal is to create a space where people of all fitness levels feel welcome and excited to move.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate, engaging, and experienced Pilates Instructor to lead effective total body workouts focused on low-impact, isometric movements strengthen and energize. This part-time role is ideal for someone who’s confident, passionate about movement, enjoys motivating others, and thrives in a supportive, community-based environment.

Responsibilities:

· Lead dynamic and safe mat-based Pilates classes for all fitness levels

· Cue proper alignment and form, offering modifications and progressions as needed

· Create an encouraging, empowering, and community-focused class environment

· Arrive on time, prepared, and embody professionalism and positivity

· Represent the studio’s brand and values professionally at all times

· Engage with members before and after class to help build strong client relationships

• Collaborate with staff and help promote the studio’s offerings

Requirements:

· Passion for health, fitness and empowering others

· Prior experience in group fitness, Pilates, or movement is a plus but not required

• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in front of groups
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
