*Location:* Pinelands, Cape Town

*Position:* Part-Time – 2 Days Per Week

*Remuneration:* Per-Session Rate Offered

Are you a passionate, qualified Pilates Instructor who loves inspiring others through movement, strength and wellness?

*Sweat.Smile Movement* is looking for a dedicated, energetic and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our growing fitness family!

What We're Looking For:

* Certified Pilates Instructor with relevant qualifications.

* Experience teaching group Mat Pilates classes.

* Ability to accommodate beginners through to more advanced participants.

* Knowledge of proper technique, posture and safe exercise modifications.

* A friendly, approachable and motivating personality.

* Excellent communication and people skills.

* Reliability, punctuality and commitment.

* A genuine passion for health, wellness and helping others.

Your Responsibilities:

* Plan and lead engaging, structured Pilates sessions.

* Provide modifications for different fitness levels and abilities.

* Ensure correct form, alignment and participant safety.

* Create a welcoming, supportive and encouraging environment.

* Motivate clients to build strength, flexibility and confidence.

* Represent Sweat.Smile Movement professionally.
