Pilates Instructor

Co-Op Pilates is seeking energetic and dynamic, comprehensively trained instructors for group and private Pilates classes. Our 1,500-square-foot facility is equipped with the best in Balanced Body equipment, including 12 Studio Reformers, EXO Chairs, Springboards, and TRX, to offer both you as an instructor and the clients the best possible workout experience. We are looking for instructors who are excited about building community through Co-Op Pilates through conscious movement. Instructors should be confident working with all levels of clients, focusing on utilizing the equipment creatively to provide unique and growth-focused workouts. Co-Op Pilates offers flexible schedules, employee status, and room to grow in a small women-owned business.

Requirements:

• 400-500+ Hour Multi-Apparatus Comprehensive Pilates Certification (required)
• Experience with prenatal and postnatal clientele (preferred)
• Group and Private teaching experience
• Ability to instruct and demonstrate proper and safe use of equipment
• Punctual, reliable, and friendly
• Professional communication skills
• Actively recruit and maintain clients for both group and private classes
• Professional and client references

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction to up to 12 clients at a time in group settings and/or private class settings as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized space
• Build rapport with clients to maximize experience, retention, and sales
• Assist in membership, class, and retail sales
• Assist with client check-in
• Committed to developing clients through the fundamental Pilates principles, having fun, and creating community through conscious movement

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
