We're looking for passionate and dedicated Pilates instructors to join our boutique wellness studio in Poblacion, Cordova, Cebu. If you believe movement has the power to transform lives and enjoy creating a welcoming, supportive environment for clients, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Mat Pilates
- Teach Reformer Pilates
- Teach Wunda Chair
- Teach Cadillac
- Teach Ladder Barrel
- Lead private and group classes
About you
- Pilates certification (preferred)
- A strong foundation in Pilates principles and safe movement practices
- Clear, simple, and effective verbal cueing
- Confidence in leading private and group classes
- A warm, approachable, and encouraging teaching style
- A client-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
- A willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback
- A genuine passion for movement, health, and wellness
- At least 1 year of Pilates teaching experience is preferred
