Pilates Instructor | Certified Instructors & Teacher Training Candidates

Club Pilates Fayetteville | Fayetteville, GA

Club Pilates is coming to Fayetteville, and we are beginning to build our founding instructor team.

We are looking for experienced, certified Pilates instructors, as well as motivated candidates who are interested in becoming Pilates instructors through the Club Pilates Teacher Training program.

Already certified? We would love to talk with you about joining our new Fayetteville studio.

Not certified yet? If you have a strong interest in Pilates, fitness, movement, or helping others and have considered turning that interest into a career, we would still like to hear from you. Club Pilates offers a comprehensive Teacher Training program designed to prepare candidates to pursue a career teaching Pilates.

About Club Pilates

Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in a variety of formats and levels, making Pilates accessible to a wide range of clients. Our instructors help members build strength, mobility, confidence, and consistency through safe, engaging, high-quality instruction.

With our new Fayetteville location, we are looking for people who want to become part of the studio from the beginning and help us build a strong Pilates community.

Path 1: Certified Pilates Instructors

We are interested in instructors with comprehensive Pilates education and experience teaching group reformer classes.

Ideal candidates will:

• Hold a comprehensive Pilates certification or be actively completing an approved comprehensive certification program
• Be comfortable teaching group classes and working with clients of varying ages, abilities, and experience levels
• Provide clear, safe, engaging instruction
• Create a welcoming and encouraging class environment
• Be dependable and able to maintain a consistent teaching schedule
• Be interested in becoming part of a collaborative studio team

Previous Club Pilates experience is helpful but not required.

Path 2: Future Pilates Instructors

You do not need to already be a certified Pilates instructor to apply.

We are also interested in meeting candidates who may be a strong fit for the Club Pilates Teacher Training program.

This may be a good opportunity for you if you:

• Love Pilates, fitness, movement, or wellness
• Enjoy working with and encouraging people
• Are comfortable speaking and leading in front of a group
• Are dependable, energetic, and coachable
• Are interested in developing a new professional skill or fitness career
• Are willing to complete the education, practice, observation, and training required to become a qualified Pilates instructor

Backgrounds in fitness, dance, yoga, personal training, physical therapy, athletics, education, healthcare, or other movement-related fields can be helpful, but they are not required.

Teacher Training is a separate educational program with its own tuition, coursework, training requirements, and completion standards. Participation in Teacher Training does not guarantee employment with Club Pilates.

Instructor Responsibilities

Once qualified and hired as an instructor, responsibilities include:

• Providing safe, effective, and engaging Pilates instruction
• Teaching Club Pilates class formats according to established programming and safety standards
• Modifying exercises appropriately for different client needs and abilities
• Creating a positive and inclusive member experience
• Arriving prepared and on time for scheduled classes
• Maintaining professional communication with members and studio leadership
• Supporting studio events, workshops, introductory classes, and community outreach when appropriate
• Continuing professional development and Pilates education

Schedule

We are building the teaching schedule for our new Fayetteville studio and are interested in candidates with a variety of availability.

Morning, daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available.

Because consistency is important to our members, instructors should be able to commit to a dependable recurring teaching schedule once hired.

Compensation

Instructor compensation is based on qualifications, experience, class size, and applicable studio compensation structure.

Teacher Training candidates are not employees or paid instructors while completing certification requirements unless separately hired for another studio position.
