Pilates / Sculpt Instructor - Heated Studio (Honolulu)

Part-Time Pilates Instructor – Heated Studio (Honolulu)

Egan's Fitness / HoloHIIT Honolulu, HI Part-time In person

Pay: $35–$50 per class, based on experience and format

HoloHIIT is a heated pilates studio inside Egan's Fitness in Honolulu, and we're hiring a part-time group fitness instructor to teach heated pilates — with the opportunity to grow into sculpt and/or yoga formats as our schedule expands. If you love teaching, care about your community, and want to be part of a tight team that actually likes each other, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do:

• Teach heated pilates classes following our programming and brand standards
• Deliver a class experience that's physically challenging, intentionally cued, and welcoming to all levels
• Build real relationships with members — learn names, know goals, follow up
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coach development
• Keep the studio clean, prepped, and ready between classes
• Represent HoloHIIT on and off the floor with professionalism and warmth

What we're looking for:

• Current certification in pilates, group fitness, or a comparable modality
• Experience teaching group classes (heated classes a strong plus)
• A genuine team-first mindset — you want your fellow coaches to succeed as much as you do
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable teaching in a heated environment (elevated temperature and humidity)
• Physical ability to teach multiple heated classes per week

Nice to have:

• Certification or teaching experience in sculpt and/or yoga
• Prior experience building a loyal class following
• Social media comfort (sharing classes, community, your coaching journey)

What you'll get:

• Competitive per-class pay
• Paid onboarding and ongoing training
• Free Egan's Fitness membership
• Opportunity to grow into additional formats and expanded hours
• Supportive leadership and a team that genuinely invests in your development
• Monthly team meetings and real coach development

Schedule: Variable; mornings, evenings, and weekend availability a plus
