About the Role
Responsible for breaking and removing excess concrete from pile heads to achieve the required pile cut-off level and prepare piles for foundation construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pile hacking and remove excess concrete from pile heads according to site instructions.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment, such as jackhammers and chipping tools, safely and properly.
• Ensure pile heads are trimmed to the required level without damaging the reinforcement bars or structural concrete.
• Assist in cleaning and preparing pile heads for the next construction activities.
• Follow the supervisor’s instructions, project specifications, and site safety procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment and report any defects or unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

• With experience in pile hacking, concrete breaking, or related construction work.
• Knowledgeable in using jackhammers and concrete chipping tools.
• Familiar with construction site safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual work.
• Able to follow instructions and work with a team.
• Willing to work onsite and perform assigned tasks as required.
