Piling Supervisor / Foremen

We're looking for multiple experienced Piling Supervisors and Piling Foremen who want more than just another project.

This is an opportunity to join a long-term infrastructure programme where you'll play a key role leading specialist piling crews, coordinating site operations, and helping deliver critical civil works that will leave a lasting impact for generations to come.

We're not necessarily looking for marine experts.

We're looking for strong leaders.

People who can lead crews, solve problems, work collaboratively with engineers and project teams, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in piling, foundations, ground engineering, or heavy civil construction
• Strong people leadership and crew management experience
• Ability to lead both direct labour and subcontractor teams
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Safety-first mindset
• Ability to read drawings and understand construction methodologies
• Solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work through challenges rather than escalate them

• Bored piling
• CFA piling
• Deep foundations
• Marine construction
• Large-scale infrastructure projects
