Position summary

The Captain serves as Pilot in Command of the company's Challenger 300/350, providing safe, reliable and discreet business aviation service to executives and authorized passengers. The role combines flight operations with flight-department duties such as trip planning, crew coordination, training compliance and recordkeeping. The Captain upholds company SOPs and crew resource management (CRM) standards, and exercises sound judgment, including when facing schedule or passenger pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Pilot in Command on domestic and international flights in the Challenger 300/350, in compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.
• Plan trips, including weather, routing, performance, fuel, permits and international procedures.
• Conduct preflight inspections and pre-departure briefings, and confirm aircraft airworthiness.
• Lead the flight crew using CRM principles; brief and supervise the Second in Command.
• Make go/no-go and diversion decisions based on safety, and hold to SOPs under owner or schedule pressure.
• Maintain personal currency: recurrent training, proficiency checks, medical certificate, takeoff/landing and instrument currency.
• Keep accurate logbooks, flight and duty records, and training documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance, schedulers, FBOs and ground handlers.
• Support flight-department duties such as SOP updates, safety reporting and onboarding of new crew.
• Remain available for on-call assignments according to the department schedule.

Preferred qualifications

• 10+ years of business or corporate aviation experience, including Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
• International flight experience, including trip planning, permits and oceanic procedures.
• Prior Captain experience in the Challenger 300/350 or similar super-midsize jets.
• Familiarity with customs, immigration and handling procedures at the company's frequent destinations.
• Experience supporting flight-department administration, SOP development or safety management.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
