Pilot Sales Representatives

Role & responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales within the assigned territory to achieve monthly targets
• Support product placement and distribution activities under supervisor guidance
• Conduct regular stock checks, market audits, and inventory evaluations at retail outlets
• Explain product pricing, retailer margins, and trade schemes clearly to retailers
• Ensure effective market coverage and maintain strong retailer relationships
• Execute field sales activities with discipline, consistency, and ownership
