PIM Implementation Programme Lead

We are seeking a client-side PIM Implementation Programme SME to lead a large-scale Product Information Management (PIM) and multi-domain Master Data Management (MDM) transformation across a complex, multi-operating company (multi-op-co) footprint in the UK & Ireland.

As the strategic owner representing the parent organisation, your core mission will be to maintain architectural control, champion multi-brand governance, and firmly manage a third-party System Integrator (SI) to guarantee on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• SI Governance: Act as the primary gatekeeper for system architecture sign-offs, technical milestone assessments, and change control logs - prioritising native platform out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality over custom code.
• Multi-Op-Co Harmonisation: Structure a global data schema (Product, Supplier, Location) that balances corporate consistency with localised commercial flexibility across diverse operational units.
• Technical Roadmap Leadership: Oversee the data integration patterns, legacy ERP touchpoints, data cleansing, and end-to-end go-live readiness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven lifecycle delivery mastery over Tier-1 enterprise PIM/MDM platforms (e.g., Stibo Systems, Akeneo, Salsify, Syndigo, or Informatica).
• Demonstrated experience managing massive data transformations within a federated, multi-op-co, or conglomerate corporate environment.
• Commercial sharpness with a track record of holding Tier-1 or large niche System Integrators strictly accountable to deadlines and SLAs.
• Strong regional understanding of UK & Irish enterprise supply chain, retail, or distribution landscapes.
