Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengatur, memastikan dan melakukan perawatan kandang
- Memastikan pakan, obat dan vaksin ayam sesuai standar produkasi
- Melakukan pengawasan, pendampingan, dan pembinaan kepada tim
- Melaksanakan fungsi fungsi manajement ( Planning, Doing, Controling dan Action ) untuk mencapai standart produksi yg di tetapkan oleh perusahaan
- Memberikan laporan tentang kondisi Farm kepada atasan
- Evaluasi target – target performance ( deplesi feed intake, feed convertion ratio)
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan S1 Peternakan
- Pengalaman 3 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Pengalaman di breeding Farm lebih disukai
- Bersedia tinggal di farm / mess perusahaan
- Penempatan Batang, Jawa Tengah
