Pipe Fabricator

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, piping layouts, and isometric drawings.
• Measure, cut, bevel, fit, and fabricate pipes according to required dimensions and specifications.
• Carry out pipe fabrication and fitting works for marine, shipbuilding, and offshore projects.
• Prepare and assemble pipes, flanges, valves, fittings, and other piping components.
• Perform accurate marking, alignment, and fit-up before welding.
• Ensure fabricated piping meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cutting machines, and other fabrication equipment safely.
• Coordinate with welders, fitters, supervisors, and other departments to complete fabrication work.
• Inspect fabricated pipe assemblies for dimensional accuracy and proper alignment.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow HSE procedures at the worksite.
• Perform other fabrication-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
