Pipe Fitter

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pipefitter to join our dynamic construction and manufacturing teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your technical skills and expand your professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble piping systems.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools, power tools, and tube bending equipment to precise specifications.
• Fit, assemble, and install pipe systems for industrial HVAC systems.
• Use calipers, schematics, and basic math skills to ensure proper measurements and alignment during manufacturing.
• Perform system modifications, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues such as leaks, obstructions, damaged components, or system deficiencies.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for company tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role within construction or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in acetylene and oxygen torch set.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of piping systems, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, calipers, and rigging equipment effectively.
• Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to pipe fabrication and installation.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, tube bending processes, and pipeline assembly.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting tasks.
• Ability to work in various environments requiring physical stamina including standing for long periods and working at heights or in confined spaces.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
