PIPE LAYER

Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the Site Supervisor, Project Manager, General Workers, and other site personnel to ensure the proper and timely completion of Ranhill pipe installation works.
-Report any issues relating to pipe installation, trench conditions, alignment, level, gradient, pipe condition, or other site matters to the Site Supervisor.
-Properly use, maintain, and take care of all tools, equipment, and machinery used for pipe installation works.
-Assist with the installation of related pipe fittings, connections, chambers, valves, and other associated works where required.
-Carry out pipe jointing works, including the proper installation of gaskets, couplings, and other approved jointing materials.
-Assist in carrying out inspection and testing of installed pipes in accordance with project requirements.
-Inspect pipes before and during installation to ensure they are free from cracks, damage, or other defects.
-Position, lay, and install Ranhill pipes in trenches using appropriate tools, equipment, and approved installation method.
-Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area all times.
-Perform any other duties related to Ranhill pipe installation and construction works as assigned by the Management or Site Supervisor.

Requirements:
-Must have relevant experience in pipe laying or pipe installation works.
-Able to work overtime when required by the project.
