Pipe Relining Technician. CIPP Experience Welcome / Class A CDL

Job Summary

We are hiring a hands-on technician for our traveling pipe rehabilitation crew. CIPP installers are encouraged to apply. Our crew primarily installs Thermoform and Snap-Tite, and we can train an experienced relining technician on these methods.

This is a day-to-day field crew position. We are looking for someone who can work on installations, haul equipment to jobsites, and use their mechanical skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment in the field. Most driving involves F-250 or F-350 trucks towing equipment trailers.

Our crew travels for projects 100% of the time, including overnight stays. We perform a considerable amount of work in South Carolina. For a South Carolina resident, some project locations and schedules may allow more nights at home. This varies by project and is not guaranteed.

What you will do

• Work alongside the crew on Thermoform and Snap-Tite pipe rehabilitation projects.
• Drive company trucks and safely tow trailers carrying equipment and materials.
• Load, secure, set up, operate, maintain, and break down jobsite equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving trucks, hydraulics, pumps, and other equipment.
• Assist with pipe preparation, installation, and general field work.
• Follow jobsite and driving safety procedures.

What we are looking for

• A valid Class A CDL and experience hauling heavy equipment or towing equipment trailers would be a considered a huge plus.
• Hands-on mechanical experience with trucks, construction equipment, hydraulics, pumps, or similar systems.
• CIPP installation experience is a strong plus. Other pipe rehabilitation, underground utility, or construction experience is also valuable. Thermoform experience is not required; we will train the right person.
• Willingness to travel with the crew for every project, including overnight stays.
• Comfort with physically demanding outdoor work and changing jobsite conditions.
• Dependability and the ability to work well with a crew.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
