FosRich Group is looking for experienced pressure pipe welders for shutdown work across Queensland and beyond.

FosRich Group is a Queensland based rope access and industrial project services company. We work across refineries, water utilities, mining, energy and heavy industry.

The work

• Pressure pipe welding on shutdown campaigns, carbon steel, stainless and chrome
• Pipe fit-up, prep and alignment from iso drawings
• Working to client weld procedures, ITPs and hold points
• Repair and replacement work in live plant under permit
• Day and night shift rosters.

What you'll need

• Trade qualification in engineering fabrication or boilermaking, or equivalent experience
• Current coded welding tickets, 6G pressure pipe (GTAW root with SMAW or FCAW fill and cap)
• Previous shutdown experience on refinery, plant or utilities sites
• Ability to read and work from isometric drawings
• Ready to mobilise at short notice with tickets and inductions current
• White Card, current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Right to work in Australia

Well regarded

• Confined space, working at heights and gas test tickets

• Carbon, chrome, stainless and duplex experience

• Existing site inductions for Queensland refinery or plant sites
