• Fabrication & Layout: Measure, mark, cut, thread, and bevel carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PVC, and alloy pipes according to exact dimensional metrics.
• Pipe Bending & Assembly: Set up and operate manual, hydraulic, or CNC pipe-bending machines to shape metal and plastic pipes without compromising structural integrity.
• Tack Welding & Fit-Up: Securely fit and position pipe joints, flanges, and supports using tack welding (TIG/MIG/Arc) to prepare assemblies for certified production welders.
• System Installation: Position and secure pre-fabricated pipe spools, valves, and structural hangers onto high-pressure processing equipment, boilers, and tanks.
• Testing & Inspection: Conduct rigorous hydrostatic, pneumatic, and nitrogen pressure tests to check for system leaks, tracking performance against engineering safety thresholds.
