Pipeline & Project Development Manager

The Pipeline & Project Development Manager is responsible for driving specification-led sales and managing project pipelines from early-stage engagement through to conversion. The role focuses on building relationships across the value chain to maximise project opportunities and deliver industry-leading conversion rates.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the identification, development and delivery of key strategic opportunities / projects within the Built Environment.
• Map, track and engage with key projects, supporting the wider sales team in converting the opportunities in the pipeline
• Pipeline management to deliver Live opportunities effectively whilst ensuring there is a strong pipeline of future projects.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to nurture Specification from Architects, Client, Main Contractor (with a focus on Tier 1) and final point of order to deliver industry leading conversion rates
• Proactive engagement with key stakeholders to develop new projects opportunities from the ground upwards – Focus on inhouse specification and technical teams of Tier 1 contractors and National developers.

• Generate new business through networking, referrals and market intel
