- Work with teams to develop engineering budgets estimates for work share projects
- Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring
- Ensure proper training programs are conducted within the departments to keep staff current on latest technology and procedures
- Work closely with project teams to establish annual goals and initiatives to advance the teams and maintain a high level of competency and exceptional quality
- Continually communicate with counterparts to understand upcoming projections of staffing needs and take action to meet the varying needs
