Pipeline Programs Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Pipeline Programs Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the design and execution of sales pipeline programs that support team performance, engagement, and alignment with go-to-market priorities. The position will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver training resources, motivational campaigns, and measurable initiatives that strengthen pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn operational ideas into programs that drive impact across a fast-paced sales organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,800 – $167,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative monthly pipeline programs aligned with sales strategies and product launches
• Develop training resources that empower the Sales Development team to excel in their roles
• Launch competitive programs, spiffs, and call blitzes to enhance team engagement and productivity
• Analyze performance metrics and present insights to leadership to demonstrate program impact
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
• Build meaningful relationships across departments to enhance the effectiveness of pipeline programs
• Create inspiring monthly communications that motivate and engage the Sales Development team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a pipeline programs manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated expertise in organizing and executing projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong content creation abilities
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decisions and performance metrics
• Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging motivational programs and initiatives
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for empowering team members
• Proficient in effectively managing complex operational initiatives
