Greymouth Petroleum is a leading New Zealand-owned oil and gas production company with extensive development operations in the Taranaki Basin. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional projects that fuel New Zealand’s energy needs. We are expanding our team and are looking for skilled and dedicated Pipeline Specialists to join us on our significant local Taranaki projects.

Positions Available:

1. Machine Operators

   • Operate heavy machinery for pipeline construction including excavators, side booms, and loaders.
   • Ensure safe and efficient handling of equipment.
   • Relevant licenses and experience necessary.

2. Welder Assistants / Trade Assistants

   • Support pipeline welders with material handling and preparation.
   • Assist with tools, equipment, and quality control measures.
   • Strong hands-on skills and a proactive attitude required.

3. Pipe Wrappers

   • Apply protective coatings to pipelines for corrosion prevention.
   • Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
   • Prior experience in pipe wrapping is advantageous.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant experience in pipeline construction and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and remote locations.
• Class 1 Driver's Licence required; Heavy Vehicle Licences advantageous.
