What they need
- Plan and organize daily work for direct workforce of up to 30 workers
- Ensure that all material and equipment required are prepared and ready
- Conduct toolbox meeting and JSA
- Ensure that work team understand the requirement and have the drawings for the work
- Ensure productivity, workplace safety, quality requirements are met
Requirements
- Min. 10 years of relevant working experience handling piping works and teams
- Good experience doing work and site planning for piping works in Semi-con, Data centre or Pharma Plants
- Good experience with site measurement and hand sketch iso-metric drawings for off-site fabrication
