Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation, sales, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting will contribute to our customers' overall experience.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Handle cash register transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Ability to handle cash register operations and basic math skills for transactions.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
