About the role
We are seeking a Pixel Artist with passion for pixel art and gaming to join our team and create game assets including costumes, monsters, NPCs, and items, working collaboratively with our Game Design and Developer teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and create pixel art for costumes/outfits with animation frames, monsters, NPCs, items, equipment, and icons
- Prepare and import assets by adjusting sprites and animations appropriately, then import them into the game and verify correctness through relevant software
- Revise work based on feedback and collaborate with Game Designer and Developer teams
About you
- Have foundational knowledge or interest in pixel art
- Proficient in Aseprite or other pixel art software
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
- Understand sprites, animation frames, palettes, and pixel graphics systems
- Attention to detail
- Love gaming and understand player perspective
- Committed to continuous skill development
- Able to work as a team and receive feedback well
